We help in-house legal departments hire legal professionals for temporary and permanent roles, and move the careers of our members forward by connecting them to opportunities, data and each other so they can excel in their field.

We’re a small startup (~ 10 people) looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing in new enterprise clients and selling to existing clients. You’ll also play a major role in growing and engaging our community of legal professionals.

 

This is a full-time, salaried position (with commission), and an opportunity to shape the future of legal work at a rapidly growing venture backed legal tech company. An ideal candidate is passionate about the enterprise legal vertical, data-driven, analytical, organized and creative and can think big and execute flawlessly while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll do

  • Research, identify and close enterprise clients looking to hire top legal talent
  • Develop and cultivate trusted relationships with clients and demonstrate our value proposition through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, videoconference and other mediums.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and management to bring new ideas to the team in order to optimize the sales and marketing playbook.
  • Diligently update all systems to stay current on leads and follow ups
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills

Who you are

  • You have at least 3 years of enterprise sales experience and have led every part of the sales process, including leading a pitch, negotiating and closing.
  • Superior written communication and presentation skills.
  • A team-player with a high level of integrity and candor.
  • Smart, professional, confident, persuasive and resilient.
  • Ability to establish rapport, relationships and credibility with enterprise clients.
  • Experience working with sales systems (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach.io)
