About the Role
Calling all ethics & compliance champions…this is your chance to make your mark.

Help us shape a world-class ethics and compliance program tailored to the unique needs of a high-growth leader in cloud-native security! The journey starts with design: evolving our program to meet the unique challenges of a competitive market, cutting edge technologies and explosive growth. As Senior Analyst, Ethics & Compliance, you’ll sit at the intersection of regulatory, privacy, ethics and governance issues, working cross-functionally to promote awareness of and adherence to CrowdStrike policies and applicable law. From risk assessments and due diligence to training and investigations, this role will play an active and valuable part in safeguarding CrowdStrike’s outstanding reputation and promoting a culture of compliance. You’ll have incredible tools at your disposal, from AI-assisted diligence to cutting edge workflow automations—and you will help set the pace of innovation. This role requires a resourceful, collaborative mindset, “true-north” values, and an eagerness to make compliance an integral part of CrowdStrike’s success.

The role is remote-based and will report to the Director of Legal, Ethics & Compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Risk Evaluation & Program Effectiveness

    • Develop an understanding of CrowdStrike’s business from a commercial perspective

    • Collaborate cross-functionaly in the development and monitoring of key risk indicators and key performance indicators for Ethics & Compliance Assist in the performance of compliance risk assessments

    • Tailor compliance measures and controls to identified risks

    • Assess program effectiveness on an ongoing basis

  • Policies & Procedures

    • Evaluate, monitor and evolve CrowdStrike’s policy portfolio to address a dynamic business environment

    • Promote accessibility of policies to employees and relevant third parties, making them searchable, comprehensible and actionable

    • Integrate policies into applicable business processes and workflows to maximize understanding and awareness

  • Training & Communication
    • Broadly evangelize core policies, promoting general awareness in an engaging and approachable manner

    • Develop & conduct risk-based, tailored training with employees in relevant high-risk and control functions

    • Publish & manage targeted compliance communications & announcements, including relevant program updates and new compliance content (e.g. training videos, quick reference cards, tips & tricks, FAQs)

  • Confidential Reporting & Investigations
    • Assist with management of CrowdStrike’s confidential reporting & investigations program

    • Lead and support compliance inquiries & investigations

    • Apply metrics and track results of investigations, ensuring accountability for the response to findings and recommendations

  • Third Party Management  
    • Oversee risk-based screening of customers, partners and vendors using a combination of technology and subject matter expertise, integrated in key systems and processes

    • Identify gaps and process improvement opportunities in CrowdStrike’s due diligence program and collaborate with cross-functional teams on program enhancements

    • Monitor third parties for ongoing compliance and risk factors throughout the relationship lifespan

    • Conduct training on due diligence best practices

  • M&A Diligence & Integration Compliance Support
    • Assist in due diligence of acquisition targets and help design compliance into the integration process

    • Track and remediate identified diligence issues

    • Acclimate newly acquired employees to CrowdStrike’s policies and processes 

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3 or more years of relevant experience in a corporate ethics & compliance department OR 5 or more years of related experience at a Big 4 risk assurance or forensic services practice, in-house legal department, law firm OR a combination thereof.

  • Professional certification such as CCEP, CCEP-I, CFE, or CPA

  • Experience operationalizing ethics & compliance programs and implementing practical solutions across departments.

  • Knowledge of compliance laws, including anti-briberry laws (e.g. U.S. FCPA, U.K. Bribery Act, Brazil Clean Companies Act), anti-competition / anti-trust laws, export controls and trade sanctions.,

  • Experience developing and delivering ethics & compliance trainings.

  • Experience reviewing conflict of interest disclosures and performing internal compliance investigations.

  • Team player who welcomes responsibility and thrives in an intense, fast-paced environment.

  • Resourceful self-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hats and digging into challenging projects, big and small.

  • Ability to effectively communicate legal and compliance issues verbally and in writing in a clear and understandable manner; strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel and work varying hours to accommodate global workforce, as needed.

  • A sense of humor and creativity.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in Colorado the salary range is $97.016 - $145.524 + bonus + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states.
