About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for an experienced eDiscovery Analyst to join our Legal Operations team, supporting various Legal Practice Areas with eDiscovery systems and processes. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day case management across the EDRM. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and energetic environment. You will be joining a team of friendly, supportive, and incredible legal professionals that successfully work together remotely around the world.The role is remote-based and will report to the eDiscovery Manager.
What You’ll Do:
Support the development and innovation of CrowdStrike’s eDiscovery Program in collaboration with the Information Security Team:
- Working closely with Information Security and IT Teams to execute on the collection and preservation of electronically stored information (ESI) across a diverse portfolio of data sources;
- Assistance with investigations and early case assessment using a variety of forensic tools;
- Support and leverage process efficiencies and overall defensibility of our eDiscovery process;
- Case management and evidence logging;
- Training case team members on CrowdStrike’s eDiscovery toolsets and best practices.
- Support keeping technical and process documentation up to date
- Assist in review of CrowdStrike datasource assessments for litigation readiness
Provide case management support including:
- Data collection tracking;
- Search term guidance and iterative applications;
- Management of collaboration between outside counsel, eDiscovery vendors, and internal legal teams;
- Data disposition activities
- Administration of eDiscovery technologies including assisting in troubleshooting of technical issues
Collaborate with team paralegals to ensure timely issuance of legal holds, and other case tasks, including:
- Drafting and issuing of legal holds;
- Calendaring and docketing of case deadlines;
- Preparing and reviewing discovery responses;
- Drafting correspondence and subpoena responses;
- Work closely with eDiscovery vendors
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a law firm, eDiscovery vendor, managed service provider and/or in-house.
- Experience with eDiscovery processes, forensic data collections and evidence handling, including with RelativityOne and FTK Central.
- Relativity Certified Administrator and ACEDS certifications a plus.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and data life cycle management concepts (e.g. identity management, application access, encryption, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent experience
