Your Career

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic legal department and a growing team at an innovative company. The Palo Alto Networks Privacy, Product, and Marketing Counseling Team works with all teams across Palo Alto Networks to incorporate security and privacy in everything we do, by providing guidance, education, and tools, to facilitate adoption of our products and to make Palo Alto Networks a trusted partner for our customers globally. This position can be remote, hybrid or office- based, and is open to candidates located in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively as well as driving high impact projects independently. You take your work seriously, but you don’t take
yourself too seriously. You like being challenged, you know there are things that you don’t
know, and you can connect sound analysis to real-world business trade-offs. You build
relationships to earn a spot at the table as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Your Impact

  • In collaboration with colleagues in the Government Affairs and Certification teams, establish yourself as the subject matter expert who reviews, analyzes, and distills into actionable decision-points, complex global market access requirements
  • Build and maintain a digital compendium of current and pending market access requirements that enables Product teams and senior leadership to make informed decisions regarding company priorities and strategy
  • In collaboration with privacy counsels, ensure that Product teams are aware of privacy requirements in applicable jurisdictions
  • Work closely with the product teams to understand their goals, processes, applications, Projects and technologies, identifying potential risks and providing practical advice to ensure informed decisions are made regarding global market access requirements

Your Experience

  • B.S. degree, preferably in computer / cyber / information security or a related field, from a top university
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience working at a technology company, with a minimum of 3 years working directly on market access issues
  • Proven ability to execute and deliver on time with minimal oversight
  • Experience translating market access requirements to actionable product decision-making
  • Strong design and digital story-telling skills, with experience in building digital portals to convey complex ideas simply
  • Deep knowledge of certifications, accreditations and market access requirements related to public sector and critical national infrastructure, including US Public Sector and EMEA

If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $98,600/yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
