  • Review the fairness and accuracy of Zendesk’s online pricing, packaging, and purchase workflows for its customers against the latest laws and regulations.

  • Stay informed of changes and developments in laws, regulations, standards and guidance and update business practices/processes accordingly.

  • Handle special projects, as requested.

What you have:

  • 4-6 years within a top-tier law firm and/or SaaS global technology company including 2+ years as a product attorney.

  • Familiarity with ecommerce, telecommunications, and/or sanctions law preferred.

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and U.S. state bar admission in good standing.

  • Ability to be accountable and hands-on, a proactive self-starter, and results-oriented.

  • Attentive to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Desire to roll up your sleeves and growth mindset: no task is too big or small with an interest in learning and growing.

  • Ability to work autonomously in completing daily tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills, including an ability to articulate a problem and effectively gather facts from a myriad of cross-functional team members.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively on a team.
