About the role:
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications and documentation consistent with Property Management Procurement Global Standards and applicable client requirements.
What you'll do:
- Evaluate and administer agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
- Review and edits changes requested by clients/suppliers.
- Administration of contract templates in the P2P system.
- Update relevant training modules, templates, and reporting on the PM Intranet.
- Coordinate compliance procedures with vendors including licensing and insurance certificates. Coordinates daily facility maintenance and landscaping requirements with vendors.
- Support vendor risk management program, including property team and supplier inquiries with regard to insurance and COI requirements and coordination with health and safety team.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
