Legal.io is working with an established software company to bring on a e-Billing Manager to their Legal Operations team. The role will interface with internal and external customers, and oversee all aspects of e-billing. The ideal candidate will have experience onboarding a new e-Billing system. This role will start as a 3 month contract, but there is strong potential to extend or convert.

Responsibilities

Spearhead accruals management process

Maintain ownership of the e-billing platform and be the Company’s “go-to” person for system configuration, administration, user support and training

Assist with the onboarding of a new e-Billing system

Manage the law firm and vendor onboarding process

Develop understanding of database reporting capabilities

Assist in reviewing and reporting on budgets, deadlines and matter status.

Support the Legal Operations and Finance team in updating and managing metrics and reporting and providing the subsequent data to various stakeholders.

Respond to law firm and vendor queries as appropriate.

Requirements:

5-7+ years of relevant experience

Experience with SimpleLegal and/or Brightflag eBilling platform

Experience with various legal operations programs

Position: e-Billing Manager

Pay Rate: $50 - $70 / hour ($100,000 - $140,000 annually)

Contract Duration: 3 Months + potential to extend/convert

Hours Per Week: 40
