Jorns & Associates LLC, a specialty accounting firm, is seeking a Corporate Tax Attorney to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will assist our clients and team members with a variety of legal tax-related issues. You will also analyze complex tax laws and regulations, provide advice on complex legal issues, provide guidance on matters dealing with tax authorities such as the IRS or state taxing agencies, and work with CPAs and others to remain current on federal and state tax law.

The ideal candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited university, at least 2 years of experience working in the areas of tax law and demonstrate knowledge of statutes, rules, and regulations.
