Oakstreet Attorney Search has partnered with a well-respected firm in Charlotte, NC seeking to add a senior-level Corporate Associate Attorney to its Corporate Practice. This is a great opportunity for someone aiming to work with small/mid-size clients on a broader range of corporate matters, escape the grind of a big law firm, or looking to break into Charlotte from another city/state.
Key Requirements :
- Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of Corporate practice experience in a law firm setting, ideally including experience with mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, privately held businesses, business formation, and/or financing matters.
About the position :
- This Associate will work on a broad range of corporate matters for regional clients, and will have an immediate opportunity to build client relationships and take ownership of transactions.
- Real path to partnership.
- Firm is open to relocation candidates, and will provide relocation assistance. Must be willing to pursue bar licensure in NC.
