Cybersecurity Counsel (Remote)
**The position **
We are hiring an experienced cybersecurity product counsel to support the data protection, operations, and cyber security team for a SaaS company. In this role, you will advise on cybersecurity risk, privacy risk, regulatory requirements (incident reporting, materially reportable events, federal government acquisition regulations, SEC regulations, etc.) and incident responses. You will also handle general advice and counsel, privacy and risk analysis, and possibly some commercial contracting associated with your assigned cloud product lines. Lastly, you may be tasked with ad hoc projects.
This is a fully remote, 20-40 hour per week role that is anticipated to last 2-3 months. Candidates must be able to support PST business hours.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $110 and $115. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
