CRIMINAL DEFENSE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Job Description
Lebedin Kofman LLP is looking for an associate attorney with at least 2 YEARS of experience in defending criminal cases to handle misdemeanor and felony cases in state and/or federal courts, from inception through trial and appeal, if necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience handling hearings, trials and/or appellate practice. The candidate will work under the partners, and Firm associate Brad Leventhal, former Homicide Bureau Chief from the QDA, and be able to further their own knowledge and breadth of experience.
Job Requirements: MUST be admitted to practice in NY . MUST have at least 2+ years of experience.
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for their own caseload, motion practice, daily court appearances as well as client interaction.
