The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling litigation matters. Must feel comfortable conducting research, drafting, attending hearings, depositions, and mediations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cases from intake through closing
  • Handle cases relating to general liability
  • Trial experience a plus, but not required

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Civil Litigation experience
  • Experience attending depositions, hearings, and mediations
  • Must be FL barred
