W&D Affordable Equity is looking to add a corporate transactional attorney to its exceptional in house legal team. We are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of substantive experience who can assist with structuring, assisting with relevant diligence, documenting, and closing our Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity funds. The successful candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment, providing effective counsel, while also making a contribution toward the development of affordable housing. Experience with real estate fundraising and affordable housing is preferred, particularly projects financed with tax exempt bonds and/or Low Income Housing Tax Credits.

This position has an estimated base salary of $168,000.00 - $210,000.00 plus a discretionary bonus.
