How will you make an impact in this role?

Every one of our Operations Team Care Professionals represents the American Express Brand. Daily Responsibilities:

  • The position will be responsible for daily review of all legal documentation regarding Account Continuation either prior to or after an Account Holder has deceased.
  • Each case must be processed and completed within a Service Level Agreement time frame.
  • Attention to detail is a must in this role.
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Correctly process account closures to include account payments. 
  • Work closely with American Express Legal General Council office for legal requests needing further clarification.
  • Process all supporting customer operations request from the customer. 
  • Review all control reports to ensure adherence to regulatory guideline. 
  • Continue to update all related procedure for the legal process.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
  • Willingness to pivot when needed to support the Bank and learn processes outside hired job description.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Banking operations experience mandatory.
  • Experience working deceased account documents e.g., Probate court documents, beneficiary instruction payment etc.
  • Strong attention to detail is a must in this role.
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment.
  • Ability to navigation multiple servicing platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage change and continuous learning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

 

Salary Range: $20.00 to $38.45 hourly + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
