Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., a multi-office national firm is currently seeking a competent and experienced Associate to join our growing practice and assist with handling wokers’ compensation claims in the state of Indiana. The individual in this role would be responsible for compiling and maintaining case files, adhering to court requirements, and acting as an advocate to our list of clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in both civil law and workers’ compensation law and must be able to meet a monthly billable requirement.

This is a remote position that will require the individual to travel to courts throughout the state of Indiana. Travel to the Chicago office will also be required on an as needed basis

• 1-5 years of workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Skills of persuasion and negotiation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited university.

Qualified candidates must be an active member in good standing with the State of Indiana Bar. (Dual licensure in the State of Illinois and the State of Indiana a plus)
