Job Description

Saunders, Walsh & Beard, a growing, AV-rated Collin County business litigation-focused firm, seeks a licensed 3+ year Litigation Associate for its McKinney (Craig Ranch) office. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and/or real estate litigation on both plaintiff and defendant side and/or experience in Construction Law. Preferred candidates will have experience in drafting/responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery, taking/defending depositions, and attending hearings. Most of all, the candidate must possess a willingness to learn and an excellent work ethic. Partners have a strong commitment to training young lawyers to be successful in the practice of law.
