Job Description
Appellate LIT Associate Attorney, 2-5 years post JD experience level, defense litigation practice (products liability, mass torts, class actions, construction, etc.). Federal judicial clerkship or litigation defense USA law firm background. Partnership track position. Tons of growth potential. Full supports. Limited in person mentoring provided. Multi state law firm. National practice. Billable requirement for associates falls within 1800-2000 range. Compensation: base salary + performance bonus + benefits. This position can be 100% remote for a great fitting candidate. Candidate should have graduated US law school within top 25% of class. Member of State Bar, active and in good standing.
