Attorney - Consumer Bankruptcy

Clark & Washington, L.L.C. is a high volume, Multi State consumer bankruptcy firm.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and hardworking individual to fill a full-time associate attorney position in our Nashville, TN locations.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients and assess their financial situations;
• Court appearances on behalf of the clients;
• Review of cases for accuracy and legal viability;
• Resolving issues for clients originated by the U.S. Trustee;
• Research and draft pleadings;
• Communicate with courts, trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to represent the client.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Qualifications:
• The successful candidate will be comfortable in handling multiple responsibilities with multiple clients;
• Client interaction and communication skills ;
• Bankruptcy experience and/or admission to the Middle District of TN preferred, but not required, we will train.
