Job Description   We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, hard-working and loyal associate for a busy litigation group based in Houston, Texas office. Practice areas include defense of workers' compensation claims for civilians working in war zones, defense of other federal and state workers' compensation claims, personal injury litigation, and defense of litigation arising out of employment and workers' compensation issues.    Our attorneys – including associates - have the opportunity to participate in administrative hearings, depositions, and trials. Workers’ compensation trials have continued by video and telephone conference. While we predict that much of our work will continue by video-conference, travel may be available for interested attorneys.   We endeavor to foster a culture that enables all attorneys to contribute to their full potential. We provide training in the practice areas.
