Antitrust Attorney

Our client, a legal database, is looking for a US Antitrust Attorney to join their team on a part time basis remotely.

Role will be 20-30 hours per week, $50-$55/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and create “how-to” type sophisticated practical guidance
  • Edit and create annotated forms relevant to the practice of U.S. antitrust law
  • Can work from anywhere within the U.S.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of attorney experience focused on U.S. antitrust laws, including recent large law firm practice experience advising on merger control filings, antitrust compliance, government enforcement proceedings, and/or private litigation.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a detail-oriented environment
  • Law degree from a U.S. accredited law school and attorney registration in good standing with at least one U.S. bar
