The ideal candidate will showcase proven experience in healthcare transactional aspects, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, joint ventures, and private equity deals related to providers and health plans. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with health industry contracting, state licensure, and corporate governance.

Their Health Care practice embodies a unique multidisciplinary approach, integrating a broad spectrum of legal, policy, advocacy, and strategic advisory skills into our client engagements. They specialize in providing strategic regulatory advice, structuring and negotiating transactions, guiding compliance matters, and addressing diverse legal challenges within the healthcare sector. This practice is dynamic, fast-paced, and at the forefront of the industry, offering opportunities to establish significant relationships with key players.

Their clientele encompasses a wide array of entities, including hospitals, medical groups, life sciences companies, health tech providers, insurers, and more. They prioritize at least six years of healthcare transactional experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures for healthcare stakeholders.
