Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Staff Attorney. The Staff Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating on behalf of clients, attending hearings and trials and assisting with litigation matters. The role is based in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, but remote work is acceptable on a limited basis.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of Law
• Experience in Litigation
• Excellent legal research skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Juris Doctor degree and Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission to the Texas Bar
• Experience with litigation and settlement negotiations is a plus
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
