Small Insurance Defense law firm based in Rancho Cordova seeks an associate attorney with at least five years relevant experience to immediately begin handling case files from assignment up to (and possibly including) trial. Applicant must be an independent worker who can also thrive in a small team environment when necessary. Our firm works hard to provide our clients with the best legal representation possible, while also focusing on maintaining a friendly and welcoming working environment for our entire team. Any successful applicant will have to fit into this important dynamic. Salary range negotiable depending on level of relevant experience. 

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and active caseload
• Maintain client relationships and develop new clients
• Coordinate with strong legal team to handle high-exposure litigation

Qualifications

• CA Bar License (Required)
• NV Bar License (Preferred, but not Required)
• Relevant litigation experience
