Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Staff Attorney to join it's Boston Litigation team in the New York City office. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in litigation.

The lawyers in the New York office practice within the Corporate Group’s capital markets, private equity, securities, real estate, lending, project finance, investment management, energy, mergers and acquisitions, banking, and general corporate practice areas, as well as general litigation, white collar defense & government investigations, and labor and employment. The office, located at 330 Madison Avenue, is just a few blocks from Grand Central, the busiest train station in the country, and is also close to many of the city’s thriving arts, fashion, and entertainment venues. You are knowledgeable in the areas of business torts, breach of contract actions, mortgage, or real estate related litigation. With strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you excelled academically. You are a member in Good Standing of the New York or New Jersey Bar.

Pursuant to the salary transparency provisions of the New York Senate Bill S9427A, please find the compensation range specific to this role if based in New York.

New York, New York pay range for this role, is $140,000 annually.
