Job Title: Associate Attorney (Construction Litigation)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist with case management and trial preparation.
• Attend court hearings and depositions.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements.

Skills:

• Prior litigation experience is required.
• Knowledge of construction and construction law is preferred, but not required.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice.
• Proficiency with Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw and e-discovery.
• Experience in litigation and courtroom procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
