Seeking 1 qualified experienced associate for a position in the Civil Litigation Defense Practice , HYBRID work schedule available.

Qualifications:

  • Applicant must possess JD degree, top 1/3 GPA, from ABA accredited top-100 ranked US law school (per US News & World Reports), be an active member of Florida State Bar, max. 6-years of post JD experience to qualify.
  • Applicants should have demonstrated interest in litigation work, strong writing & analytical skills, strong academic background. Federal judicial clerkship experience preferred.
  • Applicant must have civil litigation law firm work experience representing businesses, experience negotiating, strategizing, Florida courts comfort and experience, and a strong work ethic. Attorney annual billable hour requirement is expected to fall within 1800-2000 range.
  • U.S. citizen.
