Quantum Strategies, on behalf of our client, is seeking a commercial and residential experienced Creditors' Rights attorney with an emphasis in Foreclosure Law to join a prestigious team in our California offices.

Attorney should be knowledgeable in both contested and uncontested matters and should have extensive experience in litigation matters to include motion practice, discovery and bench trials. Must have experience in representing residential mortgage service providers and be licensed to practice in California.
