Strategic Legal Practices is seeking a full-time tenacious and perceptive Motion Writing Attorney to join our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate should be licensed and in good standing in California with one to three years of experience in directly handling civil litigation in both State and Federal courts, inclusive of sophisticated law and motion work. Having the ability to work independently and in a team setting to hit the ground running with client support.
