Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and product liability cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court.
• Collaborate with legal team members and support staff to ensure effective case management.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the District of Columbia Bar.
• Proven experience in personal injury law, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and product liability cases.

Benefits:

• Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000
