Working for this company, you will apply your smarts and legal skills in unique ways.

Certain positions involve meeting with the company's clients (medium to large businesses). You will obtain a deep understanding of their business, business model, and their research and development efforts. This is akin to doing the research to write a thorough Statement of Facts.

Other positions will use your litigation skills but in a non-adversarial way. There is rarely any actual litigation in court. It's much more informal and solution-oriented. But your prior litigation experience will be valuable.

Great pay and benefits. Up to $20,000 annual bonus based on objective metrics + subjective/performance bonus opportunities! No billable hours Never need to do business development or build a "book of business" No collections Business-to-business (B2B), not individual consumers Some travel is required. In-office, sorry but not hybrid or remote. Texas bar license not required but must be licensed to practice law in the US.
