Clark Hill is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Litigation business unit in Scottsdale or Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must have 5 + years of litigation practice experience and an active Arizona Bar license. The ideal candidate will possess t he following experience and skills:

• Substantive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Experience working with e-discovery software
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented and organized with a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
