We are currently seeking an associate attorney with 1-3 years of practice in Family Law and Civil Litigation to join us on a contract basis in California and/or preferably San Diego County. As an associate attorney, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team and gain valuable hands-on experience including court appearance in the intricacies of family law practice.

Responsibilities: · Assist attorneys in drafting court forms, motions, declarations in support of Request for Order, discovery propounding and responses. · Conduct document production and maintain organized records, documents, correspondence, and files. · Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. · Adhere to the ethical requirements outlined in the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State. · Exhibit a strong work ethic and maintain a consistent schedule.

Requirements: · Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. · Admission to the State Bar (California preferred) or eligibility to sit for the bar exam. · Familiarity with California court rules and San Diego local court rules. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to conduct legal research and analyze relevant case law. · Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. · Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and maintaining client confidentiality. · Strong writing skills
