As a FLEX attorney, you will have access to temporary in-house counsel opportunities with cutting edge companies throughout the tech sector. Upon joining our attorney roster, we will contact you about potential engagements that fit your skill set and availability, and you let us know whether you'd like us to share your bio with the company.

We are actively looking for attorneys with experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating manufacture and supply agreements, component purchase agreements, consulting agreements, and distribution agreements for several of our hardware company clients. Experience with supply chain management and IP ownership issues is ideal.

We have roles that are both full-time and part-time, and 90%+ of our current openings are fully remote. Attorneys with experience from semiconductor, aviation, electrical equipment, and/or computer component companies are ideal fits.
