A legal services firm in Florida is looking to add a new Attorney to their growing team in the West Palm Beach area. In this role, the Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of foreclosure litigation.

Responsibilities:

The Attorney will be responsible for:

• Drafting motions and responses, including motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss complaints, and orders to show cause.
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Handling attorney and court correspondence
• Researching and interpreting laws, legislation/regulations
• Analyzing data, facts, & evidence and addressing legal questions
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate
• Admission to the FL Bar
• Experience representing secured creditors, banks, lenders, and mortgage services.
• Litigation experience
• Previous experience in a Leadership role
• Strong time management skills
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Solid analytical and research skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• 3+ years of experiences in Real Estate, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and/or Title Law
