Job Description

We are seeking an attorney with 3-5 years’ experience in civil litigation, probate, and landlord tenant law. The ideal candidate will have a moderate portable book of business, motivated to expand their practice and has strong academic and excellent professional credentials.

Qualifications:

  • JD degree
  • Active member in good standing with the New Mexico State Bar
  • 3-5 years litigation experience
  • Civil/Probate/Landlord Tenant law a plus
  • Strong experience with motions, discovery disputes, depositions, and making court appearances
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, organization skills, and dependable work ethic.

Experience:

  • Litigation 3-5 years (Preferred)

License:

  • Active member of the New Mexico State Bar (Required)
