Job Description
Goddard Law aggressively represents employees who have been discriminated and/or retaliated against in the workplace, as well as whistleblowers and victims of wage theft. We work to promote equality in the workplace, empower employees and hold employers accountable for unlawful behavior. We are seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with at least six years of employment litigation experience to join our team. The right candidate will be a creative, strategic, aggressive self-starter who enjoys mentoring less experienced attorneys, is independently motivated, able to multi-task, and who interacts well with clients and co-workers. Goddard Law attorneys are responsible for managing their own case load. Goddard Law has an office in New York City but remains fully remote and committed to workplace flexibility. This role will primarily involve employment discrimination and retaliation claims as well as whistleblower and wage and hour matters.
