Job Description

There is an immediate opening for a Family Law Attorney to join our team! Your position is to do all tasks of a Family Law Attorney, including representing clients in legal proceedings, drawing up legal documents, and advising clients on legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for resolution of legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
• other tasks needed by the firm.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of New Jersey Family Law Experience required
• License to practice Law in New Jersey
• Must desire to help our clients.
• Familiarity with various matrimonial legal documents
• Experience filing motions and preparing family law documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work well with others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
