InfraHire is looking for a Corporate Associate Attorney in Rochester, NY

Corporate Associate Attorney to join our team in Rochester, NY. This position will be responsible for handling general corporate legal matters including mergers and acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, governance and compliance issues, and other business transactions.

Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State with a minimum of five years of related experience, possess strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills, and be motivated self-starters who take ownership of their projects. We look to hire bright individuals who are team players with a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for providing excellent client service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Salary is commensurate with experience and skillset, ranging between $110,000-$160,000.
