👩🏻‍💻 Role: Partner (Commercial Litigation)

• Acting as principal attorney managing and overseeing deals and important client relationships
• Manage and oversee matters from inception to resolution, leveraging your experience and insights
• Help build out and grow the commercial litigation practice area
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials and negotiations, etc..
• Create and implement case and trial strategies, maintaining a robust plan for each case and adjust when necessary
• Craft well-reasoned and compelling arguments for pleadings, motions, and settlements, and other legal documents
• Contributing to increasing firm efficiency and development of processes and procedures

💼Requirements:

• ⏳A minimum of 8 years of experience in Commercial Litigation practice area
• 🎓Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school
• 🌟Must hold an active license in the state of California. At least one additional license is preferred
• 🤝Demonstrated expertise in managing complex cases and supervising junior legal staff
• 💰 Consecutive book of business of US$ 500,000 or more
• ❤️ Empathetic with a strong desire to help others

💰 Package & Benefits:

• Up to US$ 400K per annum (negotiable) + 401K
• Yearly bonus offered potentially equating to US$ 1M annually
