Qualifications
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- 10 plus years Experience in litigation matters, including motions and briefs
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in New York
- Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
