Associate Attorney

We are seeking a full-time NYS admitted Attorney with 3 or more years of experience in Trust & Estates and Real Estate. Responsibilities:

  • Represent the firm’s client in estate planning process.
  • Draft various estate planning and trust administration documents.
  • Assist clients with trust funding and advise accordingly.
  • Represent the firm’s client in purchases and sales of properties.
  • Review real estate documentation and advice clients accordingly

What we are looking for:

  • Current NY bar admission
  • Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school
  • 3+ years of experience
