Northrop Grumman is looking for a Paralegal to:

  • Review and draft  responses to exceptions taken to a variety of document types, including terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and government contracts
  • Assist business with legal and regulatory compliance
  • Process subpoenas
  • Conduct legal research and resolve routine legal questions under the direction of an attorney
  • Assist in document collections
  • Collaborate with colleagues and business partners
  • Interact with all levels of management at both corporate and sector level

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School diploma with a minimum of 4 years of additional education and/or experience as a paralegal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office365
  • Demonstrated ability to balance and influence multiple competing priorities and individuals
  • Ability to exercise strong judgment with integrity in execution of all responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning, and presentation skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in government or commercial contracts and paralegal support
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and ServiceNow
  • Bachelor’s degree in a law-related discipline or a paralegal certificate
  • Completion of or participation in attorney assistant or paralegal education/training
 
Salary Range: $65,600 - $114,400
 
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
