Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Lawyer at Advent Business Company. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel to the company, maintaining compliance with legal regulations and corporate governance, drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating contracts, advising on acquisitions, and representing the company in legal proceedings as necessary. Qualifications

• Experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and compliance
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment, including a solid understanding of corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property law, and securities law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good business judgment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work remotely and independently with a team
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar of at least one state in the United States
• Experience working with government contracts and compliance regulations is a plus
