Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on Estates and Trusts
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations
• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom appearances
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure case strategies are effectively executed

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Bar and in good standing
• 1-3 years of experience as an attorney
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
