Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP—a progressive, complex litigation Firm with offices in Radnor, PA and San Francisco, CA—seeks an exceptional Associate Attorney for the Radnor office.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact and liaison with litigation team for individual clients in class action cases
• Draft legal memoranda concerning class action cases
• Track and monitor shareholder class action cases for clients and team
• Assist with the management of clerical staff to ensure support work is completed promptly and correctly
• Work among a small team of prestigious attorneys

Qualifications

• 0-4 years complex litigation experience preferred; class action experience a plus
• Must have excellent credentials and writing ability
• Must have ability to work with minimum oversight; creative thinking encouraged
• Must be able to work cooperatively and collaboratively
• Ability to work in a professional manner and manage fast-paced environment with a consistently calm, positive demeanor
• Proficiency in or advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
• BAR requirements: Pennsylvania BAR
