We are currently seeking a New York City-based Litigation Associate Attorney with (4) to (6) years complex litigation experience. At a minimum, candidates should have completed coursework in antitrust and/or intellectual property matters; direct, recent experience in these fields is highly preferred. • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an Accredited School of Law required
• Active license in good standing in at least one State ; licensure in State of NY highly preferred
• 4-6 years of complex litigation experience; Antitrust experience REQUIRED
• Candidates should also possess strong legal writing skills and will be expected to manage all aspects of complex litigation dockets with assistance from other team members.

WORKING HOURS: Work may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the duties of the position. Some travel may be required as cases are being litigated across the country. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in a normal heated or air-conditioned office environment.
