Clients seeks an attorney with a minimum of two (2) full years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice and/or first-party homeowner insurance litigation. (Must have experience) Client represents only plaintiffs. Our office is just north of Fort Lauderdale, in Lighthouse Point, Florida. The position will focus primarily on the representation of injured persons and their families in personal injury and wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, and first-party homeowner insurance claims. The firm encourages and supports business development by associate attorneys, who are compensated for case generation in accordance with Florida Bar Rules. We teach and mentor our associate attorneys.
