Our Firm London & Amburn represents healthcare professionals and companies, as well as other businesses, in medical malpractice, licensure, payor claims, employment, compliance, information privacy, mergers and acquisitions, products liability, and general business matters. Our practice is centered in Tennessee, with cases extending throughout the Southeast, including in Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and Arkansas.

Position London & Amburn has a position available immediately for a civil litigation defense attorney who can “hit the ground running.” The work will primarily be performed on-site at our offices in Knoxville, Tennessee, with occasional travel. Remote work may also be approved or required on occasion. Candidates who meet the following qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Professional Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in civil defense litigation (medical malpractice experience is a plus)
  • Excellent writing ability and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and supporting other attorneys
  • Tennessee license to practice law (additional licensure in contiguous states is a plus)
  • Ability to travel
