Further Role Details: This is a full time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney. The Litigation Attorney will play a vital role in supporting the team, engaging and collaborating, performing day-to-day responsibilities including managing a case load, preparing and filing legal documents, appearing in courts and trials, conducting depositions, attending mediations, and other litigation activities. The Litigation Attorney will work closely with the firm's clients to develop legal strategies, provide legal advice and representation in court.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Law and legal procedures
  • Experience in drafting pleadings and arguing motions in court
  • Experience of appearing in courts and trials
  • Experience in conducting depositions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
  • JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Texas
  • Teamwork mindset
