🏢Company: 🌟Award winning US law firm with fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment 🗣️Direct involvement in firm-wide strategic decision-making and opportunity to lead and shape specialized practice areas 👍Client satisfaction service score above industry average 👩🏻‍💻 Role: Partner (Commercial Litigation) Acting as principal attorney managing and overseeing deals and important client relationships Manage and oversee matters from inception to resolution, leveraging your experience and insights Help build out and grow the commercial litigation practice area Represent clients in court hearings, trials and negotiations, etc..Create and implement case and trial strategies, maintaining a robust plan for each case and adjust when necessary Craft well-reasoned and compelling arguments for pleadings, motions, and settlements, and other legal documents Contributing to increasing firm efficiency and development of processes and procedures

💼Requirements: ⏳A minimum of 8 years of experience in Commercial Litigation practice area 🎓Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school 🌟Must hold an active license in the state of California. At least one additional license is preferred🤝Demonstrated expertise in managing complex cases and supervising junior legal staff 💰 Consecutive book of business of US$ 500,000 or more ❤️ Empathetic with a strong desire to help others 💰 Package & Benefits: Up to US$ 400K per annum (negotiable) + 401K Yearly bonus offered potentially equating to US$ 1M annually Generous paid time off (PTO) to support your overall well-being Coverage for bar dues and court admissions Health Care, Dental, Vision, Life and disability ⭐️Other points of interest: Houston – Hybrid model – 2 days per week in office
